Even though the Early Bird rate for ICLC has passed districts can still take advantage of the Title III funding opportunity. Title III will still pay the early bird registration rate of $125, sub pay, and the travel mini-grant if your school district will pick up the difference.
ESL Family Literacy, Parent Involvement and Adult Early Literacy Grant
