• increase student motivation in literacy
• help K-3 students demonstrate the Iowa Core literacy standards
• organize reading and writing around real purposes for kids, including project-based learning 

Registration is available on the Iowa ASCD website. The fee is $125 for members and $170 for non-members. 

All participants will receive the book Inside Information: Developing Powerful Readers and Writers of Informational Text through Project-Based Instruction.
