CARES Act Guidance: Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds Distribution and ESEA Waivers

The Iowa Department of Education is providing new guidance regarding the distribution process of emergency relief funding in the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund within the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, or CARES Act.
