Earn Your ESL Endorsement through Heartland/Drake Partnership

Heartland AEA and Drake University will be partnering again to offer an ESL Endorsement for educators in the Heartland AEA area. Heartland AEA will financially support 15 educators with a $2,500 stipend. The estimated tuition cost for the endorsement is about $6,500.
