Professional Learning Communities at Work

The Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) at Work process is increasingly recognized as the most powerful strategy for sustained, substantive school improvement. At our upcoming professional learning session, participants will enhance their understanding of the philosophy and key concepts inherent in PLCs with the goal of applying those concepts, as well as specific processes, to create and sustain effective, efficient and high-functioning PLCs in their own schools. Catch the conversation on Twitter at #plcaea11!
