Mike Wells, Superintendent of Winterset Schools, recently had an "odd" request to get on his board agenda and was refused. He always uses the advice of Kathy Collins, former SAI attorney, when dealing with such requests and thought that superintendents might like to have access to the article written by Kathy in the SAI Report from 2004.
