Heartland AEA is offering the course, Transition: From Disability to Possibility on June 27 and 28. The course will provide participants an opportunity to understand and apply the six critical elements around quality transition IEPs. Administrators and special education teachers who wish to learn more about ways to better identify strengths and needs in order to successfully transition students from high school to employment and post-secondary education are encouraged to attend.
