Iowa Transition Conference Opens Doors to Opportunity

The annual Iowa Transition Conference provides two days of professional and personal development for those around the state of Iowa who are interested and engaged in assisting young adults with disabilities achieve positive outcomes as they exit the public school system and move into adulthood. Many different organizations and agencies who interact with these young adults will be in attendance to share their knowledge, to enhance their knowledge and to make new connections with others who have the same passion.
