Peter DeWitt will address the participants from the Collaborative Leadership Institute once again. The results from the Institute's "feedback survey" will be shared. Peter will share his new work around an Implementation Cycle as well as facilitate an activity where your stated challenges will be examined. We will also take another look at effective feedback.
Reminder: There is no charge for those who attended the Collaborative Leadership Institute last fall.

- To share best practices and be a resource

Collaborative Leadership: 6 Influences That Matter Most

Peter DeWitt will provide a day-long presentation/workshop on "Collaborative Leadership: 6 Influences That Matter Most." Dr. Dewitt is a former K-5 teacher and principal. He is known for his workshops and keynotes nationally and internationally focusing on collaborative leadership, fostering inclusive school climates, and connected learning. Additionally, Peter is a Visible Learning Trainer for John Hattie and an Instructional Coaching Trainer for Jim Knight.
Connecting CBE and Personalized Learning Utilizing the Collaborative Leadership Framework

Andrea Stewart will present "Connecting CBE and Personalized Learning Utilizing the Collaborative Leadership Framework." Following her presentation, several Iowa schools will share "Stories from the Fields of Iowa" focusing on collaborative leadership.
The Dec. 5 Heartland Administrators' Association (HAA) meeting from Noon - 1 p.m. via Zoom is CANCELLED. The next regularly scheduled HAA meeting will be held on Jan. 9.
